Terms Overview

Kindly note that our terms and conditions or service as stated here, are subject to change without prior notice, based on the latest governing policies. Kindly ensure to confirm the latest conditions before paying for service.

By filling out any service request form on our website, sending relevant documents, and paying for a service, you affirm that you’ve read through, understood and you are okay with our terms and conditions.

Service Refunds Terms

CD Adventures LLC. ( does not offer refunds for Visa Application Fees paid through us, that were paid to the relevant immigration authorities. This is because we will not be getting any refunds whatsoever.

Kindly take note of the following non-returnable terms and conditions:


  • Visa fees paid to CD Adventures LLC ( are non-refundable, irrespective of whether the visa is delayed or approved, or rejected. 
  • Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the immigration officials and not or CD Adventures LLC. 
  • We cannot guarantee that all applications will be 100 percent approved, it is illegal to do so. 
  • We may require additional documents based on Immigration requirements In case we are unable to process a visa application due to immigration restrictions or non-availability of necessary documents visa fee will be refunded. 
  • Once your visa application is submitted to immigration the visa fee is not refundable whether it is approved or rejected. 
  • Cancellation of an issued visa may be requested at an additional fee subject to immigration conditions. 
  • All visas will be Electronic Visas (eVisas) however an original copy can be requested for an additional fee. 
  • eVisa message or OK To Board can be updated at an additional fee. 
  • If any crime takes place during the visit of the traveler sponsored by us they will be dealt with by the UAE Police Department at the full weight of the UAE Laws. 
  • In case they are imprisoned or if the immigration system shows an overstay the guarantor shall be solely responsible for the penalties and liabilities. 
  • agency has full authority to take necessary action against the guarantor. 
  • CD Adventures LLC reserves the right to change her terms and conditions at its discretion and without notice. 
  • Additional visa charges and refundable security deposit of AED3000 cash shall be applicable for certain nationalities and or in case of no relationship between Guarantor and Visitor. 
  • If the visa applicant is currently in the UAE he or she should request for visa extension to get a new visa. 
  • If after filling out the form, sending documents, and paying for the visa process, then you change your mind before we apply for a visa, a 30% administrative fee is applicable before a refund is effected.

Instances Where Refunds are applicable


  • Where you request a refund hours after paying, where monies have not been paid for your visa application. In this case, a 30% administrative fee is deductible.
  • Where a 3rd Party Service you bought on platform offers a refund policy.
  • Where Visa Application Fees paid to the relevant Immigration Authorities were refunded to us.
  • Where makes a determination that we cannot take you on as a client and we’d rather refund you your money. We reserve the right to service. We are not here to service all clients.

If your refund request is approved, it will be processed accordingly and you will receive credit payment within 24hours – 48hour of when we received the approval.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit or debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Process for Requesting For Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund, kindly follow these steps for requesting for your refunds;

  • Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Refund Request”. Provide the item information, and state the reason(s) you’re requesting a refund. Attach evidence of payment in the same email. You will get a response from the relevant team will revert within 24-48hours
  • Answer all questions asked in the emailed request. Upon confirm refund request approval, you will be requested to send your payment.
  • Send accurate Bank Account Details.


SMMRTPay Terms

SMMRTPay is an alternative way of paying for Services without spending your own money. This allows you to get your visa, flights, tours, hotel stays accommodation, and any other service, without spending from your pocket.

You Pay with earnings you’ve made over time from referring travellers who paid money for services.


SMMRT Affiliates Terms


SMMRT Affiliate is someone making money referring travellers to Anyone who is registered as an affiliate, and refers a traveler who pays for any service(s) offered on is entitled to be paid a commission per paid referral.

Earnings / Commissions

SMMRT Affiliates earn 5% – 25% Commission. In some cases, affiliates are allowed to mark up their earnings up to 50%. Chat with our Telegram Support by clicking here for clarity on this provision.


All payments are made instantly. The moment a referred client pays, you will be credited. Most delays with payouts are usually based on when we eventually get a credit. Proof of payment is not enough. When the client you refer paid through bank transfers or deposits, we will need to have confirmation of credit before payouts are made.


Cancellation Terms

The terms and conditions of 3rd Party Services purchased through are applicable, such as;

  • Hotels Bookings and Reservations
  • Short Stay Accommodation
  • Tour Activities Booking
  • Flight Booking
  • A canceled Visa Request would be regarded as forfeiture. 

Not every 3rd party provides offers refunds or cancellation options. However, this is usually stated at the point of purchase or booking, for clarity.

Depending on if the 3rd Party Service Provided offers any cancellations or refunds, their respective cancellation policies would be applicable in any instances where the client is requiring for cancellation of service(s) already paid for.
